All fees include reasonable preparation time, so you can be confident that the necessary groundwork is covered. If your matter requires additional preparation beyond what would ordinarily be expected, I will discuss this with you and advise of any additional fees before proceeding.
Fees are based on mediation being conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams. If an in-person mediation or travel outside the Townsville region is required, additional travel and venue hire costs may apply. These will be discussed and agreed upon with you beforehand.
My fees are designed to be transparent and straightforward. You will know what to expect before we commence, and I will always discuss any additional costs with you before they are incurred.

Our mediations are virtual and run through Microsoft Teams meaning you can stay in the comfort of your own home or office – anywhere that you feel calm and at ease. This also has the advantage of no additional room hire costs - one of the reasons we’re able to keep the costs lower than most other mediators.

Payment is $660 for each party (or $1,320 if one party is paying all of the mediation fees) to be paid within 7 days of confirmation of mediation date.
Payments are non-refundable and will be forfeited if mediation is cancelled (see cancellation policy).

Half day mediations run up to 4 hours inclusive. Mediations over 4 hours will be charged at $440 including GST per hour.

If mediation is cancelled 48 hours prior to the booking, then a cancellation fee of 50% of the mediation fee (inclusive of GST) shall be invoiced and deducted from the monies held in trust, with any balance being refunded.
